Job Overview
This is a mid-level position. The ideal candidate has experience delivering curriculum in STEM/STEAM education or hands-on and experiential learning at the middle and high school levels. The role is based in Odisha and proficiency in Odia is essential. The work will involve frequent travel to the field and regular interaction with teachers and students both online and offline.

Reports to: Senior Program Manager

CTC: INR 25000 to INR 35000 per month (depending on experience)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage teachers to achieve ambitious outcomes in their classrooms

• Observe teachers in their classrooms to gather data on student learning and teacher proficiency

• Analyze student achievement data and problem-solving with teachers to prioritize the teacher actions that most impact student performance

• Maintain positive relationships with teachers, partner organizations, schools, and various stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with teaching or delivering curriculum in STEM/STEAM in middle and high school

• Written and spoken competency in Odia

• Passionate about hands-on and interdisciplinary learning

• Demonstrate emotional maturity, trust, effective relationship-building, and teamwork with adults in order to achieve results

• Clear, confident, and engaging communication

• Strong reasoning, and problem-solving skills – including analyzing data to understand the impact of the program and offer help to trainers

Preferred Qualifications (please apply if you believe you are a good fit, even if you do not meet all of these)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or Science fields or equivalent practical experience

• Experience with maker-spaces or engineering labs
