MakerGhat is hiring for one of our partner organizations in Gurugram, Haryana – Masters’ Union School of Business Makerspace. We are seeking an enthusiastic Maker Assistant to support daily operations, maintain equipment, and manage inventory. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn fabrication skills in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

CTC: 7.2 Lakhs


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lab Operations

    • Assist in setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines and tools.

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized makerspace environment.

  2. Inventory Management

    • Track and manage materials, consumables, and tools.

    • Support vendor coordination and supply ordering.

  3. Member Support

    • Help members operate equipment and complete basic fabrication tasks.

    • Assist in workshops and events with logistics and setup.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in lab management, fabrication, or related fields.

  • Familiarity with 3D printers, CNC machines, or basic electronics (preferred but not required).

  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn.
