Our signature offering is a month-long program that trains youth (15 to 25 year olds) in leadership and entrepreneurial skills including problem-solving, critical thinking, emerging technologies, project management, interview preparation, portfolio building, communication, and more. The goal is to equip local students coming from underrepresented groups to become community leaders. At MakerGhat, we firmly believe that the best people to bring change for a community are the people from that community!
We are currently working with the first two cohorts of the fellowship out of our makerspace in Powai. They are being trained and supported by a team of researchers from Stanford University and Georgia Tech. Schools, universities, organizations, and individuals who are interested in running this program at their center or at our space can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We work with upto 10 students in each cohort.
Perks of becoming a fellow:
Free access to MakerGhat on Saturdays and Sundays.
Certificate at the end of the program.
Alumni of the program will get lifetime free access to MakerGhat.

Meet potential mentors and industry experts.
Fellows will be required to attend a three-hour workshop and commit additional project time every week.
